Create a filmmaker account on VDOJar, then email us at suresh@vdojar.com with your film details including title, synopsis, genre, language, and a link to your video file. Our team will guide you through the rest of the upload process.

Hosting is based on your film's file size. For Indian filmmakers: Up to 2GB costs ₹1,999/yr, 2–5GB is ₹2,999/yr, 5–10GB is ₹3,999/yr, and 10GB+ is ₹5,999/yr. International pricing: Up to 2GB is $29/yr, 2–5GB is $59/yr, 5–10GB is $79/yr, and 10GB+ is $99/yr.

Our curation team typically reviews submissions within 2–5 business days. We check for basic technical quality and community guidelines compliance. We do not judge creative merit — every filmmaker deserves a chance to be seen.

VDOJar is an ad-supported platform. When viewers watch your content, ads are displayed alongside it. You earn a share of that ad revenue. The more views your film gets, the more you earn. Earnings are tracked in real time on your dashboard.

Filmmakers receive a share of the ad revenue generated by their content. The exact share depends on various factors including geography, ad performance, and viewership. We aim to be transparent — you can track every view and earning through your filmmaker dashboard.

Yes! VDOJar is one of the first platforms to openly welcome AI-generated content. Whether you used AI for writing, animation, editing, voice generation, or full production — your work is welcome. We believe AI filmmaking is a valid and exciting form of independent cinema.

We accept most standard video formats including MP4, MOV, AVI, and MKV. We recommend uploading in the highest quality available, ideally in MP4 format with H.264 encoding for the best streaming experience.

Yes. Every filmmaker gets access to a dashboard showing views, watch time, audience demographics, geographic distribution, and earnings. Data is updated in real time so you always know how your content is performing.

Absolutely. VDOJar supports web series, multi-episode content, and film catalogues. Each episode or film is uploaded separately with its own details, and they're grouped together on your filmmaker profile.

Rejections are rare and usually happen due to technical issues (corrupted files, extremely low resolution) or community guideline violations. If your film is rejected, we'll tell you why and you can resubmit after addressing the issue. We don't reject films based on budget, language, or creative style.
