1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VDOJar ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. VDOJar is operated by Rhyfil Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("the Company").
2. Use of the Platform
VDOJar provides a streaming platform for independent films, documentaries, web series, and other video content. You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial viewing. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of content is prohibited.
3. Filmmaker Submissions
Filmmakers who submit content to VDOJar retain ownership of their intellectual property. By submitting, you grant VDOJar a non-exclusive license to host, stream, and display your content on the Platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit.
4. Content Guidelines
All content must comply with our community guidelines. VDOJar reserves the right to remove content that violates applicable laws, infringes intellectual property rights, or is deemed harmful, offensive, or misleading. We do not discriminate based on the tools used to create content, including AI-generated works.
5. Revenue & Payments
Filmmakers earn revenue through ad sharing. Revenue share rates, payout schedules, and payment methods are communicated through the filmmaker dashboard. The Company reserves the right to modify revenue share terms with prior notice.
6. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. The Company is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access.
7. Limitation of Liability
VDOJar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
