A Jholachhap (fake) Doctor injects a patient with the milk of a plant and his condition becomes critical. A chemist shop owner of the village treats the people on his own but he is helpless when his son's condition becomes critical.

Dr. Neha Rastogi is a newly posted medical officer at Sonepur Primary Healthcare Centre. She is disappointed by seeing the condition of the hospital and knowing the village conditions.

At midnight 2 drunk villagers misbehave with Dr. Neha and she decides to go back to her aunt's home. Later, she feels motivated and tries to educate the villagers and try to convince them to visit the Primary Healthcare Centre.

The drug department comes for the raid at Jitendra's chemist shop but they could not find anything. A patient comes to his shop to get the prescribed medicine given by doctor Neha and he mixes a expiry date syrup and the small girl of the village died.

Dr Neha got a transfer and it was the last night for her in the village. At midnight Jitendra's son falls ill and is rushed to Dr Neha for treatment. Later, Jitender confesses his crime and tells the reality to the villagers.
